Justin loves the outdoors and working with his hands.

Justin hails originally from Williamsburg, VA, but now calls Montrose his home. He has been a part of the RetroFoam of Michigan family for more than 9 years.

On the job, Justin is a very hands-on kind of person. He also is a quick learner. Only needing to be taught something once makes him an asset to the crew.

On the days he’s not working, Justin loves spending time outdoors and working on motors.
