Erin Hayes joined the RetroFoam family this year. Her extensive experience in health care and customer service really helps her in her Customer Support Concierge role. Erin’s day in the office is spent helping set up quotes for potential customers, answering questions about the benefits of foam insulation, and processing rebates for homeowners.
Erin’s favorite parts about the job are the family environment and enjoying the camaraderie she shares with coworkers.
During her downtime, she enjoys being outdoors as much as possible and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
